Registration

Welcome to the ESBP 2025 registration! Please click on sign up and make your own account. This could be performed without submitting abstract. In your account, you will find helpful information about submitting abstract(s) and payment.

Fees

Registration fee includes

• Conference materials;

• Coffee breaks and lunch during the conference days;

• Conference dinner;

• Access to all event sessions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• For any cancellation received until August 31, 2025, an administrative fee of 100 Euros will be charged;

• For any cancellation received after August 31, 2025, no refund will be issued;

• Any cancellation request must be sent to congressos@novaidfct.pt ;

• Refunds will be processed after the conference;

• If no abstract has been submitted and the fee has not been paid, the registration can be conveniently canceled in the personal area.
